TarpSOS Return Policy

At TarpSOS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on used or opened products.

Return Process:

  2. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom-made tarps or special orders, are non-returnable. Please review product details or contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
